Blackberry Bath Bomb Lush Review

The Blackberry Bath Bomb from Lush may not look all that exciting, but let me tell you, it has a lot to offer, making it one of my favourites to date.

Two of it's key ingredients are Bergamot oil and Frankincense oil, both of which are used in aromatherapy to relieve tension and leave you feel calm and relaxed. Just what you want from a good bath!

Now I was expecting quite a fruity scent, but it's definitely more sweet, whilst also being woody, which really, really works. It made my whole bathroom smell absolutely amazing! The colours it produces in the bath water are just so beautiful. As someone who isn't a fan of Lush's glittery bombs, preferring those that produce pretty colours, the Blackberry Bomb ticked all the boxes for me!

I mean, just look at how pretty my bath water looks! Not only did it look like some sort of magical fairytale bath, but the oils used in the bath bomb also left my skin feeling so soft and smooth and not the slightest bit greasy. Another bonus was the fact that this left absolutely no mess in my bath afterwards.

Oh and once the bath bomb has fizzled away, there's a fun little surprise inside, but I'll leave that for you to discover!

After being dubious about buying the Blackberry Bath Bomb from Lush, as it didn't look all that exciting, I'm so, so glad I did because it is one of the prettiest and most beautiful scented bath bombs I've used so far. Fancy trying it yourself? You can buy it in-store or from the Lush website for £3.25.

  3. I love this bomb! If I'm feeling really indulgent I'll chuck a Butterball in there as well to make it even more soothing and moisturising. A bit too much? Never!
