Nursery Inspiration

I can't believe I'm officially half way through my pregnancy - it's going unbelievably quick! Tomorrow we've got the anomaly scan, where they'll check that everything is okay with our baby. We should also get to find out if we're having a little boy or girl, which is going to be amazing! I can't wait to see our little one again. I've been feeling plenty of flutters so I know he or she is wriggling around in there but it's so reassuring to see them moving about on screen.

Over the last few weeks we've been really busy turning the house upside down and getting everything ready - hence the lack of blogging. There's a lot of work to be done but the thing I'm most looking forward to is doing up the nursery. I've been pinning away on my Little One board (which I've just made public) and I thought it'd be fun to share a few of my ideas, before I find out the gender!

I think either way we're going to go for white walls with a pale blue feature wall but I really want to get a few wall stickers to make it interesting for the baby. I love the hot air balloon ones! The pastel ones would look gorgeous in a little girl's room. James would quite like to get plane decals if we're having a little boy but I haven't found any I love yet.

I'll definitely be blogging more about the nursery once it's finished, along with some of the lovely items we buy to go in it. Oh and of course I'll be doing a gender reveal post once we know - ah I can't wait!

  4. Me too haha! They're a little too girly for my little boy's nursery so I need to find something else to go in there! xo
