When it came to choosing baby bath and skincare products for Arthur, it was really important to me that they were as natural and gentle on the skin as possible. I also wanted to make sure that they weren't tested on animals, as I've made it my mission to phase out as many animal tested products from my home as possible. The Earth Friendly Baby brand fit the bill perfectly.
Earth Friendly Baby (owned by Lansinoh) create ethical, organic and natural baby products, containing gentle ingredients that are kind to babies' sensitive skin. Their products are free from artificial fragrances and colours and recyclable packaging is used when possible. The brand is registered with the Vegetarian Society UK and the Vegan Society and does not test on animals.
On top of all that, the Earth Friendly Baby products are lovely! Arthur's used the Calming Lavender Bubblebath, the Soothing Chamomile Shampoo and Bodywash and Calming Lavender Shampoo and Bodywash and they've all been kind and gentle on his skin as promised. The bubblebath makes lots of fluffy bubbles and both the lavender and chamomile scents are lovely. A little goes a long way with these products so you really get your money's worth. I have to admit both me and Arthur's gran have been using them too, so they are going down a little quicker than if just Arthur was using them!
After such a good experience with the Earth Friendly Baby bath products, I'm keen to try the skincare too. The Shea Massage Oil sounds particularly nice!
Earth Friendly Baby is available from a number of places including Boots, Babies R Us, Mothercare, Asda and Tesco, with prices around the £4 - £6 mark.
